Zuki Japanese Hibachi Grill & Sushi Lounge has been in operation since January 2007. After its expansion in January 2010, it now has a total seating capacity of 200. The dining area is divided into 3 sections – the Hibachi which consists of 8 hibachi grill tables, Sushi lounge and Yakitori.
The private room area which can seat up to 14 people has a long hibachi grill table as well. This is often used for private parties and conferences. Both sushi and yakitori side has a bar area. The interior of Zuki has been described as “upscale modern Japanese” replete with waterfalls and nice warm color scheme. Zuki is open 7 days a week, and closed only on July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
